ThingTwo's sentencing (for the assault & battery/disorderly conduct) was yesterday. Before the hearing, the attorney suggested that the judge would probably require 30 days incarceration, but said part of that would likely be suspended, and that he would ask for a delayed reporting (for after Christmas) for any time served ( Read more... )
